About Me
I've been called a motivational speaker, a management consultant, a business coach, a sales trainer, a marketer (I'd say more of an anti-marketer...), a social networking expert, a sales guru, an internet marketing consultant, a business educator... and on and on.
It all boils down to this: I teach essential skills that help people develop more profitable business relationships – both face-to-face and online. Subjects range from referral-based marketing, body language basics, networking skills, business etiquette, personality type, and communications skills to social media, online essentials, email marketing, and more.
So while I'm not exactly a "motivational speaker," my programs are motivating and inspiring – they're also practical and useful. That's why companies hire me to train or deliver programs to their sales teams, customer service departments and front-of-the-house staff.
